**About the Job**

The Learning Experience Manager (LXM) (f/m/d) will support the Digital Customer Engagement team, as a business owner for Straumann’s educational platforms SKILL and Docebo, providing end-to-end ownership and direction for all educational user journeys offered to Straumann customers across the globe.

The LXM will be part of a broader team - The Digital Customer Engagement (DCE) team - which has business ownership and accountability for all platforms handling all digital touchpoints in the areas of customer IAM, CEX, Marketing Intelligence, Intelligence Based Decisioning, eCommerce, Intelligence Based Decisioning and Marketing Automation.

At Straumann, Business Application Owners in the DCE team work closely and in a co-creative way with the technology Technical Application Owners, in a Product Ownership tandem approach.
The LXM will drive and lead a co-creative process with country teams, education, marketing and sales teams to conceptually define the business capabilities required and define an evolution roadmap to implement with our integration partners.
Depending on the solutions defined, the job holder will drive ideation, conceptualization, design, implementation, and operationalization of the new solutions, including supporting and driving the change and transformation management process required tasks.
Additionally, the LXM will also manage and develop a community of key users, providing operational support, training ad knowledge sharing opportunities to drive adoption and optimal use of the built and available digital solutions.

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Point of contact for platform functionalities and best practice: develop a deep knowledge and understanding of the platform’s functionalities, becoming the go to person for the key users whenever needing support on how to do/set up something on the platform.
- Providing Training to new and existing key users: provide platform training to new key users and demos on new functionalities to existing power users. He/she will also be responsible to maintain up to date written handbooks and platform eLearning videos.
- New functionality and bug fix testing: support the LXM team during the release of new functionalities by running QA tests on both UAT and live environment. Additionally, he/she will test fixes to bugs and defects have been correctly implemented by development team.
- Maintaining the backlog: support the LXM team by maintaining an accurate list of platform enhancement and needed new functionalities requested by the local key users.
- New countries roll-outs: responsible for managing new country roll-outs by coordinating with the local subsidiaries and collecting all necessary information. He/she will be the bridge between the country stakeholders and the vendors throughout this process.
- Business Conceptualization capabilities: able to ideate and co-create solutions that meet business needs, thinking beyond platforms and focusing on integrating multiple platforms and capabilities, facilitating, and leading on behalf of country teams.
- Configuration and platform set up: responsible documents (html), the platform settings and making sure that the platform runs smoothly and adjusting configuration whenever needed.

**Requirements needed**

Qualifications: Education, Experience and Personal Attributes
- in marketing or business administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 3-5 years’ proven experience with either learning management tools or CMS (content management systems) or ecommerce solutions is a must
- Collaborative personality, with experience in coordinating and collaborating with multiple geographically dispersed teams, and working experience interacting with product, customer service, medical education, IT and sales teams
- Proactive and accountable person with distinct interpersonal skills to communicate effectively in an international working environment
- Previous experience and knowledge using Scrum or agile methodologies
- Basic knowledge of html would be an advantage
- Fast and curious learner interested in understanding how new tools work
- Details oriented
- Ability to work independently
- A passion for technology trends and able to conceptualize how new technologies can add value and disrupt the status quo
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Used to live and work in a multicultural environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), any other language is an advantage
