**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager, including managing the calendar, scheduling meetings, and travel arrangements
- Act as a liaison between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring all communication is handled professionally and efficiently
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and deadlines
- Plan and coordinate office facilities management, including ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained working environment
- Organize and manage sales meetings, including trade shows and internal meetings.
- Plan and execute offsite meetings, including logistics and coordination with external vendors
- Manage budget and expenses related to the projects assigned
- Create presentations and reports as needed, using digital tools and software
- Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
- Continuously look for ways to improve and optimize processes related to the General Manager's office and the projects assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, supporting senior executives and managing projects
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in digital tools and software, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, project management tools, and video conferencing software
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of tasks and projects
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner
- Must be based in Madrid and able to work full-time with occasional travel
