The Alpega Group is looking for a Inside Sales Representative for DACH. This role will be part of the Sales team in Teleroute and is based in Catalonia

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**The Sales Specialist will be responsible for the full sales cycle of our product. This role will be responsible for acquiring new customers for the DACH region.**
- Identify market opportunities and conduct lead generation by making incoming and outgoing calls to maximize market exposure.
- You will be in constant contact with potential customers like freight forwarders and transport companies.
In your first year you are expected to be completing 95% of your sales target, having excellent knowledge of the sales process and having excellent knowledge of the platform
- Success in this role is defined by the new customers brought and the revenue they generate
- In your first year you are expected to achieve your targets, develop an excellent knowledge of the sales process and of the platform
- You will be using Salesforce in a daily basis
- You will be measured by the number of new customers acquired, monthly revenue generated, number of daily calls, etc.

**WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU**
- **A bachelor's degree (or proven hands on experience)**:

- **At least 1 years of experience working in B2B sales (service or software oriented ideally)**:

- **Native German**:

- Fluent English OR Spanish
- Experience with Salesforce (ideal but not mandatory)
- Experience cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals.
