The Alpega Group is looking for a** Customer Service Representative (KYC Document Control)**. This role will be part of the operations organization in Alpega, based in Barcelona, Spain.

You speak English & Spanish, and you would like to be part of an international company? Do you want to play an active part in shaping the landscape of the transport industry as part of a SaaS company? Become our new Customer Service Representative As such, you will join our Freight Exchange (FX) Business and you will be an important member of our organization.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- **Support the KYC Security Department in the process of filtering all the new companies to be accepted in the marketplace, including the documentation checks, and perform security controls.**:
- Verify the completeness and authenticity of documents and information provided for joining companies from all of Europe.
- Collect, complete, and enter information into the database/CRM.
- Collaborate with Sales to solve concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.
**WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU**
- **High accuracy, work ethics, and attention to detail standards.**:
- **New graduates (Master/Bachelor degree) are welcome**:
- Previous experience working in customer service is ideal but not mandatory.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Willingness to learn + curious, and can do attitude
- Resourceful and highly motivated, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Team player able to build good relationships across functions and collaborate to achieve shared goals.
- Be able to work on MS Office/Excel and CRM tools
