As a Client Lead you will lead an Account / Project Management team providing service on a single or number of non-competing clients. Your role will be as the key manager on the client directing all activities and projects.
Your responsibility will be holistic, and you will be expected to partner with clients to develop their goals and marketing strategies, adding strategic value and ensuring that they get the best results from the whole agency team. You will also partner with Senior Leadership to set goals and ensure sustainable, long-term client growth.
Building strong relationships with clients and other external partners is an import part of this role as well as the capability to fit in quickyly and work well in collaborative environments. You will report to a Brand CEO and will therefore be the most senior person on your client business reporting into Executive leadership. You would manage an account/project team and be expected to mentor and lead the team to maximum performance.

**How you’d spend your day**:
- Leading cross-capability teams to deliver creative thinking and powerful ideas to meet client objectives.
- Partnering with Senior Leadership to set goals and plan for future fiscal year(s), and working closely with Program Management and Client Finance on forecasting, billing, and reconciling budgets.
- Partnering with clients to develop their goals and marketing strategies, adding strategic value and ensuring that they get the best results from the whole agency team
- Displaying powerful presentation skills that invite participation and effect desired outcomes
- Fostering an environment of partnership with other capabilities and deprtments.
- Acting as mentor and trusted advisor to team members.
- Keeping sustainable, long-term client relationships by mitigating risk and ensuring account profitability
**What we’re looking for**:
- University degree related to Advertising, Marketing, Management or Economics, and at least 12 years experience managing clients in 360 Creative or Digital Agencies.
- Strong experience managing client relationships, managing a marketing team and developing marketing strategy
- Have an unwavering passion for digital and traditional marketing, and an unstoppable drive to bring the best work to life.
- Good people and communication skills, dynamic, flexible and proactive.
- Strong problem solving, communication strategy, Leadership and people management skills
- Fluent in English (C1)
