**Customer Service Representative with Excellent German or English Skills**

We are a leading online seed shop with our own brand, and we are seeking outstanding, friendly, and highly motivated customer service representatives. As part of our team, you will provide high-quality, professional service to our B2C and B2B customers, helping them resolve pre
- and post-sale issues and answering various inquiries about our products.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Responding to customer inquiries via a ticket system or chat in German, English, and Spanish
- Managing messages on social media platforms
- Taking ownership of customer concerns and ensuring complete resolution, including regular reporting to management

**Your Qualifications**:

- Fluency in written and spoken German and/or English at C1 level is essential
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English or German, along with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with people
- Strong attention to detail in planning, organizing, and executing tasks
- A high level of customer and service orientation
- Motivation and willingness to learn new things
- Proficiency in computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to handle stress and remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to attend 3-4 international trade shows per year as part of our team to represent our products

**Terms**:

- Salary: €1,100 - €1,300 per month for 30 hours per week
- Working hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 09:00 to 17:00, with a 30-minute daily break
- Part-time position

- Bachelor's degree (preferred)

- German (advantageous)

- Spanish (preferred)

**Work Location**: On-site in Reus (Tarragona). This is not a remote job.
