**About Us**:
We are an established and growing online seed shop based in Reus, Tarragona. As a dynamic company, we value excellent customer service and professional business relationships. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Customer Service and Project Assistant (B2B & B2C).

**Your Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Service (B2C):

- Manage orders, shipping, and complaints.
- Support the optimization of our customer experience.

2. Business Customer Support (B2B):

- Assist with processing business customer orders.
- Coordinate and negotiate according to company guidelines.

3. Project and Trade Show Assistance:

- Support the organization and execution of trade show appearances (2-3 times per year).
- Take on independent responsibilities during trade shows (e.g., material management, booth setup, customer contact).

4. Administrative and Operational Support:

- Maintain customer data and order overviews.
- Support internal projects and optimize workflows.
- Assist with additional tasks to relieve the management team.

**Your Profile**:

- Willingness to Travel: Ready to travel for trade shows and similar events.
- Education: High school diploma (Abitur) or an equivalent higher education qualification.
- Training: Completed vocational training in office management, customer service, sales, or project assistance.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of professional experience in similar roles (e.g., customer service, project assistance, B2B or B2C support).
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish and/or German (spoken and written)
- Work Style: Independent, organized, and reliable.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, customer orientation, team player and flexibility.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient in common office programs and ideally experienced with CRM systems.
