**Customer Service with high level of English**

**Important**: This is an on-site position requiring residency in the Reus/Tarragona (Spain) area. Applicants from Lisbon or its surroundings will not be considered, as local residency is essential for this role.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Answering customer requests with an empathetic approach through a ticketing system, chat and by phone in english and spanish.
- Answering messages at Social Media platforms.
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Report customer problems to the mangement.

**Your Qualifications**:

- English fluent in spoken and written (C1/B2)
- You are studying or have finished your studies in Business Administration, Economics, Transport Sciences or Logistics, however also studies in technology are welcome (computer science, data analysis).
- Any customer service experience is a plus.
- Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, Outlook,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and advanced in business English.
- Keen attention to detail in planning, organization and execution of tasks.
- strong customer and service oriented attitude
- Highly motivated and willing to learn new things
- Reliable compliance with our standards and specified structures
- Resilience, good handling of stress
- You are willing to participate in different trade fairs like Spannabis in Barcelona 3-4 times a year. (Willingness to travel is required.)

Pay: 1,200.00€ - 1,600.00€ per month
