**ABOUT THE ROLE** As Data Marketing Coordinator, you will sit within the global Marketing team, reporting to the AVP Brand & Communications, and be working with various departments (PR, product, data back end, data intelligence, tech) on innovative data projects that contribute to Launchmetrics’ greater awareness and positioning, as the indisputable category leader for all lifestyle companies across the globe, helping to translate data into compelling narratives. What you’ll do: - Collaborate closely with marketing team members and create compelling data analyses that highlight Launchmetrics data expertise to generate greater awareness and strengthen industry leadership - Support Marketing team data needs and be responsible for scoping projects, researching topics and leveraging our user-friendly platforms and datasets directly to uncover valuable insights - Identify trends and patterns in datasets - Understand industry events, marketing and communication strategies deliver relevant, up to date findings - Work closely with the data and tech teams to ensure data accuracy and reliability by implementing quality assurance processes and communicate methodology updates to the greater marketing team - Support the Marketing team on ad hoc internal reportings and projects - Be an evangelist of Launchmetrics unique measurement methodology **ABOUT YOU** Who You Are: - Minimum 2 years of experience in FLB industry and/or data analysis, including internships. - Proven ability in data analysis and visualization, translating raw data into actionable insights. - Highly motivated individual with a strong sense of collaboration, ownership, and drive. - Proficient critical thinker with strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills. - Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to diverse stakeholders (Data storytelling), including non-technical team members, in clear terms. - Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Quick learner and problem solver with a curious mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment. - Proficiency in Excel and Google suite. - Native English speaker or strong written skills Extra Credit: - You are passionate about the Fashion, Lifestyle or Beauty industries **ABOUT THE MARKETING TEAM** We are a global and highly diverse team - distributed in six different countries, with multiple nationalities and varied expertise - we always work collaboratively to understand each other in a "glocal" way to achieve the best results as one team.
