AWWG is the global fashion group that integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal.

We are looking for a Licencing Marketing Coordinator in our central offices.

**Your mission**:

- To coordinate communication and marketing activation between our Group Licences (12 for the three brands) and AWWG marketing department

**What will the role entail?**:

- To coordinate the 11 licences marketing calendar with PJ, Hackett and Faconnable GTM strategy
- To manage the scheduling and production and the delivery of all marketing actions to cover all partners participation
- To coordinate with marketing team licenses campaigns, product images, PR and Social activation and other marketing activities
- To ensure consistency across the licences and AWWG ‘s marketing strategies
- To follow all the main campaigns (rights, desires from every license, lays out, budget, invoices) invoices..
- To ensure all licences spend their marketing budget in actions in activities that increase the sell out
- To ensure the partners represent in the best way the AWWG brands in Trade Show, POS and social media communication to guarantee visibility of licences products on e-com, DTC, News Letter and Social media
- To ensure licences validate with our graphic team their packaging and labelling and follow the AWWG brand guidelines

***Who will you report to?**
**Licencing Manager**

**Minimum experience in the industry 3-4 years**

**Requierements**:

- Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Must have strong organizational skills
- **Technical skills**:MS Office**.** Word, Excel, Powerpoint, social media, web
**-**Languages: _English - Fluent_

**Education level required**
- University degree in business administration or a related field

- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to marketing team
- Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals,
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring success
