Zeta Global is looking for a skilled Spanish speaker Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our EMEA Marketing team. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing paid media campaigns, publish and review website international content, implement strategies to improve search engine visibility, develop paid search and paid social advertising to drive engagement. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will be person of refence for Marketing activities on the Spanish market.

**Responsibilities**:
**Paid Media Management**
- Develop and execute paid media strategies to increase website traffic and brand visibility.
- Monitor campaigns with the support of the team in the US to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

**Website Management**
- Manage 3 international websites, ensuring content is up-to-date, accurate, and engaging.
- Localize and review Spanish content, prepare for review French content.
- Collaborate with global team to publish regional or localized content on websites.
- Utilize analytics tools to track website performance metrics and identify areas for optimization.

**Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)**
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content optimisation to enhance website visibility of international websites.
- Stay updated on SEO best practices and algorithm changes to ensure our strategies remain effective.

**Paid Search**
- Plan, execute, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management to maximise campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign budgets and performance metrics to achieve desired outcomes.
- Work with EMEA team for content and event promotion campaigns

**Paid Social**
- Create and manage paid social advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Develop targeting strategies, ad creatives, and campaign objectives to reach the desired audience segments.
- Analyze campaign results and optimize targeting parameters and ad creatives for improved performance.

**Requirements**:

- Spanish (native speaking) + English is a must. French is a plus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media, SEO, and website management.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Wordpress, SEMrush, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-regional team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
