In this role, you will:
- Collaborate on driving Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve performance anddelivering business impact by supporting and coordinating the deployment of the Operational Excellence initiatives
- Support the proper communication of the related challenges, progress and achievements and fostering our Lean Operating System in Tres Cantos site.
- Support our Digital transformation journey through implementing Operational excellence initiatives using digital tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate..
- Promote a culture of transparency, identifying and communicating when problems or potential risks arise, and proactively support the identification of solutions in a results-oriented manner.
- Support and coordinate with the Site OE in the development of leadership behaviors on the site by being a role model in terms of attitude: according to our values (courage, respect, responsibility, transparency, integrity and achievement)
We are looking for someone who is Team player, Proactive, Energetic and with good communication skills. Needs to have a change agent mindset and is interested in the deployment of Digital tools.
