. Develop and execute a customer-led strategy for long-term growth with agency groups.
- Drive strategic agency group wide initiatives from inception to delivery by prioritizing, analyzing, designing and deploying appropriate solutions with a focus on high customer experience, revenue growth, and increase sales productivity.
- Craft and execute commercial strategy and correlating joint business plans.
- Own top down relationships with these agencies with a goal of driving adoption of Amazon Advertising’s tools and products.
- Illuminate new business opportunities across accounts, including focusing on a tailored list of high-potential growth advertisers.
- Lead education and enablement of key agency functions including delivery of training, roadshows, summits and other agency-wide events.
- Serve as change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization.
- Influence a team of internal partner managers who support you in driving growth from this agency group and provide sales enablement for our Account Executives.
- Elevate culture of innovation and continuous improvement through best practice sharing, vocal advocacy and visible hands-on leadership.

- Create and execute cross-team project plans.
- Build and manage a detailed engagement strategy, including business reviews.
- Report on program, project progress and status consistently and in a transparent way.
- Work across multiple resources and orchestrate multiple activities at once to get things done.
- Identify opportunities for agency collaboration around large-scale creative solutions.
- Liaise with global teams to identify transformative opportunities for agency partnerships.

Key job responsibilities
Develop new, senior agency relationships from scratch, in order to build structured and broad plans to develop agency partner business across ecommerce, entertainment and ad tech products

A day in the life
Overseeing key customer meetings, running group presentations, building commercial agreements and joint business plans, escalating blockers at the agency/account level to agency leadership

About the team
Our team build long-lasting partnerships with our agency customers through the development of commercial and servicing plans covering our entire offering. We aim to increase the number of brands using Amazon, and the diversity of products and tools they use to drive revenue growth and advocacy with our agency customers.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in agencies and / or advertising sales, account leadership, client services. 10+ years preferable.
- Expertise in navigating complex matrix organizations and building strong, consultative customer relationships.
- Practical knowledge of Commerce and / or Ad Tech stacks plus video / audio / out of home / out of the box advertising.
- Proven track record of delivering results and generating transformational growth.
- Strong analytical abilities, written skills and confidence in the use of data.
- Thoughtful, confident presenter of your ideas internally and externally.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Self-motivated, work autonomously, be comfortable with ambiguity and highly goal-oriented in order to contribute to Amazon Advertising’s ambitious growth plans for this customer segment.
