About the jobMedia Buying Specialist (Part-Time) Company: Softception Softception está buscando un Media Buying Specialist analítico y orientado al rendimiento para unirse a nuestro equipo interno de agencia en una modalidad de medio tiempo y totalmente remota. Este rol es ideal para especialistas en performance que destaquen en estrategia, optimización y adquisición pagada escalable. Responsibilities Planificar, ejecutar y optimizar campañas de media buying en canales pagados. Gestionar plataformas publicitarias como Google Ads, Meta Ads y otros ecosistemas de adquisición pagada. Desarrollar estrategias de segmentación de audiencias, enfoques de puja y optimizaciones basadas en embudos. Rastrear y analizar KPI como CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS y rendimiento de conversiones. Crear reportes de campaña utilizando herramientas como Looker Studio u otras plataformas equivalentes. Realizar pruebas continuas de segmentos de audiencia, creatividades, ubicaciones y asignación de presupuesto. Identificar oportunidades para escalar campañas rentables y reducir ineficiencias. Requirements 1–2 años de experiencia en media buying, growth o funciones de rendimiento digital (se prefiere experiencia en agencia). Fuerte nivel de alfabetización de datos y comodidad trabajando con presupuestos y modelos de optimización. Experiencia práctica con plataformas de seguimiento y analítica como Google Analytics. Comprensión de adquisición pagada multicanal, dinámica de subastas publicitarias y marcos de optimización. Benefits Horario flexible (15–25 horas por semana).
