Team Intro
The Strategy & Analytics team of Global Commerce plays a core role in analyzing the industry trend, setting the business target and reviewing the overall business performance in the Spain market.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead business planning: forecasting, target setting and performance review (GMV, cost and ROI).
- Lead cross-function projects: driving key projects together with Product, Governance and Logistics.
- Conduct market research: analyze market dynamics (size, growth, trend) and competitors of commerce's key industries, including Beauty, Fashion, Home & Living, Electronics, etc.
**Qualifications**:
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience in Investment (PE, VC), Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, etc.
- Business proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with experience interacting with executive-levels.
- Strong analytical skills, ideally with experience in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) or DA tools (SQL, Python).
- Fast learner, highly entrepreneurial with a good sense of judgment and critical thinking.
- Knowledge of the commerce industry is desirable but not essential.
