Team Intro
The integrated team plays a core role in designing the integrated marketing and promotion strategy for platform, end consumers and merchants and drive the business to success by win-win cooperation.
**Responsibilities**:
- Receive, gather and select marketing opportunities from different cross-functional departments and develop them into marketing activities supporting the awareness growth of the platform.
- Support and execute the marketing planning and execution for the launch of high-profile brands and creators on the platform, putting creativity and innovation at the forefront of the strategy
- Liaise with the campaign team to define marketing plans and support the execution of large-scale commerce marketing campaigns using key marketing channels
- Building briefs for campaign marketing materials (creative assets, PR, creators, etc)
- Support the launch of consumer-focused initiatives including campaigns, content creation, and social media strategy
- Manage and lead special projects that support the growth and awareness of the platform
- Marketing landscape research and insights, bringing fresh ideas to the table, and keeping a finger on the pulse of competitors
- Creation of process in a complex and growing business
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or above, 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience;
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally across multiple projects;
- Proficient in English, creative and innovative mindset,
- Experience in independently planning and executing marketing campaigns;
- Familiar with TikTok and other content-based platforms; experience in e-commerce is a plus.;
- Self-motivated, strong communication and project management skills;
- Adaptable to a fast-paced and changing working environment with a background working across different cultures, embrace changes.
- Experience working with third-party stakeholders, managing creative agencies and brand partner relationships
