We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager for the Spanish market to join our expanding TikTok LIVE team.ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize goal-oriented LIVE campaigns tailored to different creator tiers across ItalyLead campaign data analysis to evaluate performance, identify key insights, and continuously improve campaign efficiency and ROITranslate data-driven insights into actionable gameplay and engagement strategies that boost creator participation and audience interactionPartner with creator, agency, product, and creative teams to design engaging and scalable campaign experiencesCollaborate with data and strategy teams to develop dashboards, post-campaign reports, and data frameworks that inform future campaign designIdentify and experiment with new campaign mechanics and reward structures to increase audience retention and monetizationSupport revenue growth strategies through performance tracking and insight-driven recommendationsPresent campaign outcomes and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners to guide strategic decisionsQualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), or StatisticsStrong data analysis and quantitative skills; excellent mathematical modeling skillsExcellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to interpret large datasets into clear insightsStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholdersComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt and prioritize effectivelyHigh fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken), due to working with Spanish-speaking teams and clientsPreferred QualificationsExperience in live streaming operations and data-driven strategy rolesExperience in creator, guild, or streamer operations with focus on engagement or monetizationBackground in campaign strategy or performance optimizationFamiliarity with A/B testing, user segmentation, and data visualization toolsPassion for the LIVE streaming ecosystem and understanding of creator behavior and audience motivationAbout TikTokTikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video.
