Team Intro
The integrated team plays a core role in designing the integrated marketing and promotion strategy for platform, end consumers and merchants and drive the business to success by win-win cooperation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conceptualizing, developing and executing IP marketing campaigns, including but not limited to User IP, Creator IP and Seller IP (e.g. Super brand day) and other campaigns.
- Collaborate and coordinate across stakeholders, including working with internal account managers, user research, creator manager, and other cross-functional teams for campaign creation and optimization.
- Conduct data analysis on campaign performance and offer ongoing recommendations for campaign optimization, such as innovative ideas, partnerships, and activations that enhance campaign performance.
- Keep abreast of trends on social media, commerce, digital marketing, and industry developments, and leverage trends and developments to optimize campaigns.
- Analyze the competitors' brand IP and marketing campaigns and keep exploring the new brand IP mode.
- Cooperate with the cross-team to amply the influence of brand IP among partners and users.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above, Proficient in English
- At least 2 years of experience in commerce specializing in live streams.
- Excellent writing skills, planning, copywriting, live content planning or editing work experience, or large company marketing planning experience.
- Keen user product awareness, familiar with interactive products such as TikTok and Instagram, like to understand and accept new things, have a wide range of interests, and are sensitive to hot topics and news hotspots;
- Strong executive ability, communication ability, and pressure resistance, can quickly get the results.
- Excellent communication and resource integration skills
