- Job Title: Customer Success Executive
- Location: Carrer de Sardenya, 229, 08013 Barcelona
- Terms: Temporal Contract (3 months with extension possible to Permanent Contract), Day, Morning and/or Night shifts rotation.

Travel Trade Group specializes in negotiation with travel suppliers to secure and distribute only the best rates. Our goal is to keep strong relationships with our suppliers, through ensuring pricing parity is protected, while also giving the opportunity for clients to sell opaquely and offer new types of packages.
THE POSITION
The Customer Success Executive day-to-day tasks consist of a variety of actions: answering the phone, calling customers and leads and replying to tickets including the handling of relocations of unhappy customers as well as upselling and suggesting upgrades, convert leads and increase the average baskets of the bookings. Also, preventing issue on spot, manage all the before check-in and claims post-travel requests.
The Customer Success Executive’s role is to ensure the customers receive outstanding support, before and after their stay and all their needs are met as well as increasing the sales average basket of the bookings.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Final customer & deadline: He/she is responsible for ensuring that deadlines are met, and solutions or answers are provided on time. If issues arise with internal colleagues or external partner, he/she works with them to resolve the problem as quickly as possible to not affect the final customer / client.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Communication skills - He/she should be excellent customer service & sales orientated communicator both orally and in writing (French and English (U.S is a plus).
Negotiation skills - Having wonderful customer service, sales and negotiation skills are key to this position as every lead should be converted and every client offered the opportunity to discover more.
Analyze spirit - An important aspect of this job is analyzing the situation and the problem at stake with the clients and the providers, to quickly sort out issues and sales.
Time & Stress management - meeting deadlines for tickets is key in this job, so applicants must be organized and able to manage their time effectively as well as able to work late shifts or early ones and extra hours if needed in crisis periods.
