**SUMMARY**:
**The Operations Coordinator Assistant provide operation support to customers with technical product and/or services information. Assist to Coordinator to perform moderately complex and varied tasks, customers updating and relevant documents issuing, works within defined technical processes and procedures or methodologies.**:
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Communicates with clients for schedules, instructions and requirements of procedures for company job duties.
- To inform Operational Coordinator and the appropriate staff regarding the received instructions and requirements from Client.
- To conduct business correspondence, preparing and issuing all necessary documentations and reporting.
- Capable of performing the role of their supervisor or any specialized tasks/roles as needed.
- Assist their manager in developing operational strategies and efficiencies
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A high school graduate or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- English language level B1
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Access).

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES**:

- Has proficiency of technical processes or procedures through vocational training and work experience.
- Verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to prepare and communicate safety reports and laboratory findings.
- Analytical capabilities including a full command of mathematics, weights, and measures to calculate and interpret laboratory findings and reports.
- Interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working within defined parameters in close alignment with supervision.
- Operates in alignment with the Company’s Core Values at all times.
- Demonstrates accountability and dependability in all activities. Manages one’s own time effectively.
