**We are now looking for an experienced professional to take on the role of**:
**Used Equipment Coordinator**

**Place of work**: Mikołów - stationary position

**Responsibilities**:

- Link between internal departments and external partners, constant ongoing communication and ensuring refurbishment and delivery of used equipment is done in time
- A focus on excellence & quality with a “right first time” philosophy
- Robust delivery and ongoing improvement of all Policies, Processes
- Sub-suppliers management and relationship building
- Reporting about servicing schedule
- Local productive support and quality control
- Local logistic (delivery ready and follow-up)
- Parts and partner management internal and external, following robust processes

**Requirements**:

- 3 - 5 years of experience in similar role
- Technical education will be an asset
- Demonstrated experience in departments such as: technical/service support, logistics, warehouse
- Experience with Forklift use would be a great advantage
- Strong computer literacy, especially Excel
- Experience with an ERP system is a plus - SAP is implemented in the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Very good English is required; any other language will be considered as a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage operational stress and work calmly under pressure
- High level of professionalism, autonomy and work ethics
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Valid Driving license
