**Descripción**:
Grupo Crit selecciona para empresa ubicada en Castellbibal a un/a Administrativo/a de atención al cliente para una sustitución por maternidad.
Buscamos una persona con dominio del catalan y el castellano para realizar las siguientes funciones:
Gestión de clientes (alta clientes, entrada de pedidos, confirmación plazo de entrega, seguimiento de pedidos ).
Planificación de necesidades del cliente, seguimiento y modificación (control de níveles de stock, entrada de datos en sistema para su planificación ).
Gestión información (fichas de cliente en sistema, reportar actividades clientes en CRM, archivo documentación )
Experiência en un puesto similar de Call Center/Back Office atendiendo a clientes externos y/o internos.
Castellano y catalán.
Inglés: nível alto
Se valorará:
Titulación de ciclo formativo en mecatrónica o similar, o experiência y conocimientos relacionada (reductores, transmisiones de potencia, variadores de velocidad, servomotores ).
Conocimientos en SAP.
Dominio paquete Office.
Horario:
De lunes a jueves de 7:30h a 17:10h (Jornada partida mínimo 1 hora para comer/ máximo 2 horas).
Viernes de 7:30h a 13:45h
Julio: 7 a 15h
Agosto: 7:30h a 13:30h
- La jornadas tienen flexibilidad de entrada des de las 7:30 hasta las 9h, y salida en función de la hora de entrada.
**Requisitos**:
Experiência en un puesto similar de Call Center/Back Office atendiendo a clientes externos y/o internos.
Castellano y catalán.
Inglés: nível alto de ingles
