Ubicación: Madrid

Rango salarial: Negociable en función de la experiência aportada

Tipo de contrato: Indefinido

**POSICIÓN**:
Como **CUSTOMER SERVICE**, serás el responsable de asesorar y asistir interna y externamente sobre los diferentes productos a cargo (herramientas de corte, sujeción, metrología, herramienta de mano, etc ) para garantizar un alto nível de servicio.

Funciones:

- Realización de comparativas y pruebas técnicas de producto.
- Análisis de producto y de nuevas tendencias de mercado en lo relativo a los productos bajo su responsabilidad.
- Resolución de consultas técnicas y asesoramiento a cliente.
- Apoyo técnico al equipo de ventas interno y externo.

**Requisitos**:
**Requisitos mínimos**:
Se valorará positivamente formación técnica en ingeniería, sin ser excluyente de cualquier otra formación técnica y/o de grado superior.

Se requiere un nível alto de inglés (requisito excluyente) y se valorará buen nível de francés.
