This position carries International responsibility for leading and directing the development, growth and profitability of the Grifols Biopharma protein therapeutics business. This position has direct accountability for all International (Except North American) activities taking place within the above-mentioned markets conducted by local affiliate offices, independent distributors, including all market access activities. This territory is a key market for Grifols and represents a leading growth area for the organization

**What your responsibility will be**

Reporting directly to the President of the Biopharma business unit, this position is directly responsible for all Grifols Biopharma commercial sales business activities related to strategy outlook, geographical expansion, distributors relations, sales, marketing, and other commercial work outside of North America (USA and Canada), including all of Latin America, Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Europe. Main tasks:

- Daily operating decisions for the International business group.
- Daily operational decisions for the International sales team.
- Financial budgets, forecasts, profit targets.
- Enable local teams to realize goals & objectives.
- Define short
- and long-range business plans and ensure the execution of those plans, once approved.
- Establish and build strong business relationships and foster teamwork between the International sales team and its functional counterparts on the Biopharma Leadership Team.
- Hire and manage a wide group of motivated, high performing professionals in all functions and at all levels of the International sales organization.
- Represent Grifols in PPTA Europe and other international board and bodies as deemed necessary by Grifols.
