**Department Overview**

We are looking for a VP Delivery to work closely with our customers and to take full responsibility for all delivery within our portfolio. Reporting to the CEO, the VP Delivery’s main objectives are:

- Manage and lead the delivery objective of the company worldwide.
- Manage and lead the different delivery teams: Project Management, Business Analysist and Engineering team (including QA, back-end and front-end developers, technical managers, architects and development director).
- Work closely to other departments R&S, Product, Finance and Sales/Presales to ensure supply chain processes.
- Provide consistency, efficiency, optimization, and standardization to the processes and functions of the PMO to excel at the delivery of the projects ensuring high-margin and high-quality project delivery throughout.
- Control costs on projects and globally on delivery.

The VP Delivery is responsible for resource management and project management functions, supporting the planning and delivery of all services, analysing and improving billable utilization, capacity planning, forecasting, and project profitability.

Continually reviewing and improving internal processes and tools, driving efficiency and business growth.

The position requires a strong engagement with the Product Department, becoming one of the most important stakeholders of our Online Voting Product portfolio.[SC]

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure delivery of the projects on time, quality, and cost.
- To be the escalation point for any resource and project delivery issues and to effectively resolve the same.
- Manage the weekly project status meetings and track progress, escalating red status to CEO.
- Ensure proper analysis, risk assessment process, development, project management, cost control of all company delivery projects.
- Ensure efficient and consistent processes and documentation are defined, implemented, and maintained.
- To review the post project evaluations, to learn and share this knowledge with wider teams and plan changes in improvement.
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standard processes, deadlines, and budgets.
- Implement the strategic goals and provide associated KPIs aligned with corporate objectives.
- Assign proper resources to evaluate and estimate opportunities and for managing projects timely and accurately.
- To support the commercial function throughout the client lifecycle.
- To support all pre-sales offers
- Communicate regularly and consistently to all involved departments for the prioritization of projects and implementation of improvements.
- Coach and provide Project Management Expertise to PM/PM officer to perform projects and achieve Customer satisfaction.
- Establish Career Path for its team, contribute to training them and promote the PMP certification as a requirement.
- Assist PM/ PM officer to complement professional requirements according to company guidelines.
- Coordinate holidays, absences and other activities schedule that have an impact on PM/PM officer availability.
- Measure employee performance running performance reviews and evaluations.
- Establish policies for working with external partners at any part of the execution
- of projects (in-site, off-site, offshoring).
- To support business growth with clear focus on clients and employees as part of the senior management team.
- Assume leadership and commitment to the ISO - quality management system.
- Represent the Delivery Department at the Executive Committee.
