**The duties you will perform on a day-to-day basis are as follows**:
- You will follow up with the customer until the final solution to their query.
- You will issue reminder calls and follow up on incidents, achieving maximum satisfaction.
- You will carry out database updates, report writing and reporting.
**Qualifications**
- You have an excellent command of English and you also have strong language skills** bilingual and/or native** in**French AND Dutch.**:
- You are able to travel to our offices to attend the training period.
- You have availability to work weekends and rotating schedules.
- You have knowledge of document management and operate dedicated document management platforms.
- You are a person with excellent oral and written communication skills.
**Additional Information**
- ** Full-time indefinite contract. 40 or 20 hours a week.**:
- You will be part of a great team of professionals in an internationally consolidated company.
- You will acquire a global vision of the automotive sector, relating to customers, suppliers, consultants and dealers.
