Here we all contribute ideas, make decisions and collaborate so that each customer feels unique, special and fully satisfied with our service.Do you have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for customer serviceBecome our Customer Service RepresentativeThe duties you will perform on a day-to-day basis are as follows: You will answer calls and respond to emails to customers and dealers.You will follow up with the customer until the final solution to their query.You will issue reminder calls and follow up on incidents, achieving maximum satisfaction.You will carry out database updates, report writing and reporting.QualificationsYou have a C1 level of English and are fluent in German AND French.You are preferably available 30h or 40h per week.You will be working from our Madrid office in a 50% hybrid position, with the first 3 months approx. fully on-site for the adaptation period.
