As Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible to provide the best customer service to BD customers. Solving customer issues fast and accurately, ensuring a correct order to bill process, handling returns and credits if necessary and effective management of customers’ consignment inventories.
- 2 years of experience in customer service
- Advanced level of English. Additional knowledge of Portuguese will be a plus.
- First class time-management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and team-working skills
