**DESCRIPCIÓN**:
Grupo TRESCAL, como líder mundial en servicios de metrología, nuestra misión es servir al rendimiento industrial de nuestros clientes. Trescal es la potencia de una red de personal experto y la respuesta de los laboratorios locales.

Abrimos proceso de selección para la cobertura de una posición de Customer Serveice Representative (CSR) para una de nuestras empresas del Grupo Trescal ubicada en la zona de San Blas-Canillejas -Madrid.

**FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO**:

- Atención a los clientes y sus consultas.
- Toma de pedido de nuestros clientes y grabación de los mismos en nuestro sistema de gestión.
- Coordinación externa con los clientes de los pedidos realizados, comunicación interna con nuestros personal técnico para dar respuesta a los clientes.
- Seguimiento de los pedidos y resolución de incidencias que puedan surgir. Dar respuesta y resolución a las mismas.
- Gestión de reclamaciones.
- Facturación de los pedidos asignados de cada cliente.

**HABILIDADES Y CUALIFICACIONES REQUERIDAS**:

- Formación en áreas como Administración con formación en CFGS o afines.
- Residencia cercana a la zona de San Blas-Canillejas.
- Informática nível usuario (Pack Office, Outlook )
- Disponibilidad de incorporación inmediata.
- Candidaturas con aptitudes personales para el trabajo en equipo y pro actividad.
