**Job description**:
As a (end-user/customer) support specialist, your main tasks and activities will include:
- Assuring the quality and user friendliness of our products by putting the customer's needs on the first place
- Handling the incoming support requests from different sources in order to help out the customer or end-user.
- Thinking along, this job description is not a limited list: you can make suggestions on how to improve our processes, products and interactions within the own team.
**Requested skills**:
- Focus on the end user with good & friendly communication skills;
- Good understanding of relevant areas/products/user stories;
- Support procedures are available, and you show willingness to follow and improve them;
- Being able to put yourself in the place of the user and having the user as your main focus. The ability to assess the user’s situation, fundamental wishes and needs;
- 1st level-support including troubleshooting and error correction;
- Languages: German mostly written and English as main communication language within the team;
- Teamplayer who is able to work efficient and independently;
- You are a vivid user of apps;
- Hands on mentality, getting the things done;
- Open to learn and have new experiences;
- Experience may be handy, but is not required.
