Your contribution will be essential to win deals, increase Vonage market share and grow the revenue stream.

**You will**
- Work with Sales Representatives to define pricing proposal (data gathering, margin calculation)
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders (Finance, Carrier, Product) to assess the feasibility of customers'

commercial requests
- Assist Sales Rep in the implementation of the commercial offer of their deals, including:

- Ensuring the appropriate approval process has been followed before making any pricing change effective
- Working closely with the Price Provisioning team to ensure prices are correctly uploaded into our internal tools (create new pricing rules, update existing pricing rules)
- Liaise with Legal when a contract needs to be issued
- Provide support to analyse existing customer results and assess the impact of any price changes
- Explain pricing structure and processes to other teams when queried
- Support the Deal Desk Manager in transversal projects

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Educated to degree level
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Methodical and meticulous with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel

- Can do attitude
- Comfortable in a fast pace, global & multicultural environment
- Operating in a multi-cultural setting the role holder will be completely fluent in English
