WE AS ONHUNTERS ARE LOOKING FOR A HR PARTNER FOR EMEA

MISSION: Supports the business in achieving its objectives and provides support and solutions for the implementation of HR functions in their group of hotels/OC.

Aligns the management of HR (Hotel Services) with the needs of the business (Hotel Operations).

**THE ROLE**:

- Attends and provides feedback to colleagues from other areas
- training HR teams and providing solutions to tema members
- Acts as the HR point of contact for team members relocated to their country.
- Redirects work-related and Personnel Administration inquiries (payroll, leave of absence, contract terminations, reduced working hours, maternity leave, etc.) to specialists in each of the functions and destinations.
- Makes regular visits to other BU to support the teams in people management
- Attends and/or represents the destination at the relevant job fairs.
- Together with Talent Acquisition, organises Open Days and similar actions to attract talent.
- Monitors the performance review process in the area and assists HR in the use of tools.
- Assists the Managing Director (MD)
- Together with the MD, assists Managers in team management

**Requirements**:
We are looking for someone that:

- **Have experience in big corporations as HR partner in EMEA for at least 5 years**, Healthcare segment or hospitality is a plus.
- **Mandatory Skills in English, French and german **, any other language is a plus
- Someone empathetic, that **loves challenges**:

- That wants to realocate in a UE country
