How you’ll elevate creativityYou will oversee managing day-to-day human resources related topics for our colleagues in the Production Site in Arco (Trento) and support the deployment of key HR processes and initiatives collaborating with relevant Center of Excellence (i.e., Talent Development and Reward).-
- You will act as a genuine employee champion, an effective change agent and a sparring partner for our local managers, driven by the purpose to facilitate our transformation journey.-
- You will manage the relationship and negotiations with the local Trade Union and Territorial representatives.-
- You will advise management and employees in Employee Relations and Human Resources matters to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable local laws and regulations.-
- You will work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, employee experience throughout the entire life cycle, engagement and to increase productivity and retention.-
- You will oversee all human resources operations and ensure they are aligned with the business goals.-
- You will manage the selection process end to end.-
- You will support rewards process implementation - i.e., Salary review, MBO, budget - in partnership with the Compensation & Benefits team.-
- You will ensure Talent Development activities and projects implementation and embedment in your population.-
- You will plan and manage the technical and soft skills training for the employees.-
- You will provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers.-
- You will support line managers to identify opportunities for people development.-
- You will be the HR go to person on Facility management topics and first point of contact for payroll topics.The attitudes and skills we’re looking for:
You have 5+ years of experience in HR functions within global Companies or in HR-focused consulting firms. Experience in Trade Union relationship management is required.-
- You have Employee and Labor relations competencies and experience.-
- You are a Human Resources enthusiast.-
- You are a dynamic and flexible person looking for a fast-paced environment.-
- You have good organizational skills, and you can manage and coordinate priorities in a complex environment with different ongoing transformation streams.-
- You have excellent relational skills and can work in cross functional teams.-
- You are available to travel.-
- Your English is fluent.What you can expect from our selection process:
