**MAGOTTEAUX**, Importante empresa industrial de Navarra, líder mundial en su actividad y perteneciente a Grupo Multinacional con presencia global, necesita para la Unidad de Negocio Europa, una persona para cubrir por jubilación el puesto, ubicado en la planta de Navarra:
**CUSTOMER SERVICE (m/h), Ref.: 23057**

Reportando a la Dirección, se incorpora al equipo del Departamento Comercial para asumir la responsabilidad de la gestión y tramitación óptima de los pedidos, desde la solicitud de las ofertas, hasta su facturación y abono, dando soporte a cliente, nacional e internacional, y al equipo, interno y comercial, en cualquiera de estas fases.

**Principales Responsabilidades y Funciones**:

- Gestión de Ofertas, apoyando al equipo comercial con la preparación de preofertas y realizando seguimiento de ofertas emitidas, etc.
- Gestionar y realizar seguimiento de los pedidos, desde su recepción hasta su expedición y entrega a cliente: recepción y registro en el sistema, tramitación de documentación necesaria, coordinación con otros departamentos, seguimiento plazos, etc.
- Realizar y controlar la facturación: hacer seguimiento de plazos y controlar las condiciones, confeccionar las facturas de las expediciones de material y coordinar con el Dpto. Facturación y Finanzas, etc.
- Atender directamente a consultas e incidencias de clientes, y delegaciones comerciales, sobre estado de ofertas, pedidos, plazos de entrega, materiales, dudas técnicas, etc., procurando la mejor atención. Gestión y seguimiento de reclamaciones.
- Realización de informes y presentaciones.

**Se requiere**:

- Titulación en ADE, LADE o equivalente.
- Experiência sólida en funciones similares, en gestion técnica comercial y atención directa a cliente en empresa industrial.
- Inglés fluido. Se valorará francés.
- Manejo de ERP y dominio de Ofimática, EXCEL sobre todo.
