Buscamos un Customer Service, que será el punto de contacto de los clientes del mercado nacional para atender sus consultas y solucionar posibles incidencias. Todo ello con el objetivo de lograr que la experiência de los clientes sea lo más satisfactoria posible.
Debe ser una persona proactiva, enfocada al cliente, con buenas habilidades de comunicación y con capacidad para resolver incidencias de la mejor forma posible y con las menores consecuencias negativas.
Entre sus funciones:
- Atención y asesoramiento al cliente de las características del producto y la prestación de servicio.
- Gestión y seguimiento de pedidos.
- Gestión de documentación necesaria y base de datos.
- Preparación de ofertas, campañas para clientes, servicio de post - venta.
- Asegurar la resolución de incidencias y posibles dudas.
- Dar apoyo al departamento comercial.
BUSCAMOS:
- Una persona con formación en Comercio Internacional, Administración y Dirección de Empresas (ADE) o similar.
- Experiência mínima de 1 año desarrollando funciones similares.
- Idiomas: muy valorable nível B2 de inglés.
- Amplios conocimientos en ofimática (paquete Office).
