**As of now we offer a position as**: **Branch Administrator (M/F/d)**: **in Barcelona**: **MOLDINO.** As part of the Mitsubishi Materials Group, we specialise in the manufacture and distribution of high-precision milling tools. As we have been growing steadily for years, we want to position ourselves even better. As part of a new appointment, we are therefore looking for you to join our European headquarters in Barcelona, as a Branch Administrator (M/F/d). **Your Tasks**: - Orders and deliveries: Verification of the shipping process and processing orders in our OPTI system - Accounting Management: Control of accounts receivables, monitoring the solvency of customers to the weekly handling and reporting of accounts payable - Sales management: Responsibility for handling customer service in CRM system, processing customer orders from purchasing up to after-sales service - You support the sales department in reporting, in the creation of customer presentations and in the preparation as well as organisation of customer visits - Human resources management: Supporting the HR department with training activities, recruiting, onboarding and offboarding of employees and more - Marketing/communications: Ensuring consistent company branding in Branch, management of the LinkedIn account including postings, community management and media follow-up - General administrative tasks (e.g. regarding compliance, monitoring of contracts, external communication) **Our Requirements**: - Completed vocational training with commercial focus or bachelor’s degree in a related field (e. g. business administration) - At least 3 years of full-time working experience in a similar position - Profound knowledge of MS Office - Very good knowledge in a CRM system (preferably MS Dynamics NAV) - Independent work capacity, organizational and communication capacity, responsiveness, promptness and proactivity - Willingness to travel up to 10 % - Fluent in Spanish and very good English skills (in word & writing) **We offer you.**: - Secure workplace in an international company - Extensive onboarding - Wide range of further training - Participation in the Corporate Benefits Program (employee discounts) - Flexible working hours apply **Recommend job**:
