In our Barcelona’s office we are seeking a **SaaS Applications Administrator **to join our** Global BA and Platforms team**. The primary function of the role is to facilitate the translation of business needs into digital processes through the planning, deployment, and support of **SaaS systems, primarily Salesforce and Netsuite.**

**This position is based in BARCELONA**

**What will you be responsible for**:

- SaaS Application configuration and management, including staging and testing of new releases and customizations
- Work with department managers and internal teams to analyze and resolve problems associated with technical issues
- Perform incident management and response procedures to ensure all incidents are addressed appropriately
- Manages end user accounts, permissions, and access rights

**What you need to have**:

- 2+ years of admin experience with **Salesforce is a MUST**:

- A resourceful, motivated self-starter with the ability to complete work independently and on time
- Strong verbal and written communications skills in both Spanish and English** are a MUST**:

- Ability to learn new technologies to implement and support in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive team-player with the ability to multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- The willingness to both offer, and receive, constructive feedback.

**Extra points for**:

- Demonstrated experience with multiple SaaS platforms preferred.
- Bonus points for Sales, Accounting, Javascript, SQL, and/or HTML experience.
