In our Barcelona’s office we are seeking a** SaaS Applications Administrator** to join our Global BA and Platforms team. The primary function of the role is to facilitate the translation of business needs into digital processes through the planning, deployment, and support of **SaaS** systems, primarily **Salesforce and Netsuite**.

**What will you be responsible for**:

- SaaS Application configuration and management, including staging and testing of new releases and customizations
- Work with department managers and internal teams to analyze and resolve problems associated with technical issues
- Perform incident management and response procedures to ensure all incidents are addressed appropriately
- Manages end user accounts, permissions, and access rights

**What you need to have**:

- 2+ years of admin experience with **Salesforce is a MUST**:

- A resourceful, motivated self-starter with the ability to complete work independently and on time
- Strong verbal and written communications skills in both Spanish and English **are a MUST**:

- Ability to learn new technologies to implement and support in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive team-player with the ability to multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- The willingness to both offer, and receive, constructive feedback.

**Extra points for**:

- Demonstrated experience with multiple SaaS platforms preferred.
- Bonus points for Sales, Accounting, Javascript, SQL, and/or HTML experience.
