Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Administrator, located in Barcelona. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized person to join our team as a Salesforce Administrator.
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Flows for process automation.
- Create and manage reports and dashboards.
- Set up custom objects, fields, and relationships.
- Build and customize page apps, tabs, list views, and Lightning pages.
- Configure page layouts, compact layouts, mini-page layouts, and search layouts.
- Maintain data visibility and permissions to keep data secure.
- Provide customer support and follow up on Salesforce issues.
- Document processes and best practices.
- Load and manage data using tools like Data Loader.
- Create training materials and user manuals to help users.
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
- Perform regression testing to ensure the system works correctly after changes.
- Monitor and control Salesforce usage limits.
- Refresh sandboxes regularly for testing purposes.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience working with Salesforce on different platforms.
- 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Experience with JIRA for issue tracking and project management.
- Proficiency in Spanish and Catalan.
- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
- Desire to learn more about Salesforce.
Desirable
- Experience in software development, data analysis, or IT is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
