**Job Description** Opportunity**

With an exciting product roadmap and expansion plan to further reinforce our leadership position, we **are looking for a Legal Intern **to support us in the next stage of our growth.

**As a Legal Intern at Hastee, you will**:

- Provide support in designing and mapping out the different legal databases of the company (contractual metrics, key terms tracker, contract terms migration, corporate documentation, risk & compliance, etc.).
- Work closely with the Legal Department, but also with our Sales, Partnership, and Product & Tech teams, to provide support on client & supplier contracts, tenders, contract reviews, and negotiations.
- Provide support on privacy and data protection projects, supported by the Legal Department and CTO.
- Provide legal support for ad-hoc projects across a range of business functions (e.g. Tech, Business Operations, Strategic Projects, Compliance, etc.).
- Provide legal support on the incorporation and running of our LATAM branches, working closely with our internal & externals regarding legal and operational matters.

**Qualifications** Requirements for the role**:

- Native Spanish & fluent English is **mandatory**:

- Bachelor’s degree in law
- Currently studying master’s in law / international law / Commercial Law
- Prior experience in a similar role is not mandatory, but a plus
- Strong grasp of Microsoft (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) & confident with tech tool

- Someone who rolls up their sleeves & helps out
- A natural people person and communicator
- Able to build relationships across different teams & geographies
- Highly organized with strong administrative & time-management skills
- Good at seeing (& implementing) solutions to problems
- A quick learner

**Conditions**:

- Remote First company (once or twice per week at the office)
- 300 - 450 €/month
- Possibility of full-time or part-time internship
- Future possibility of extending the intership or moving into an employee contract
