Students or recent graduates that are passionate, dynamic, open-minded, ambitious and positive, and want to embrace AWWG culture.

Previous professional experience is not required. Passion and energy to give your best is a must

**Goal of the position**

Support to legal department

**Tasks**

Corporate:

- Assistance in maintenance of the Powers of Attorney structure;
- Filings with Commercial Registries, Chamber of Notaries and other public entities or administrations
- Organization of notarial signatures;
- Filling of KYC forms

Commercial
- Management of bank guarantees and rent deposits in connection with the lease agreements
- Support to the legal review of service agreements
- Support to the stores in insurance, damages and thefts
- Administrative tasks, such as, preparing cover letters, termination letters and couriers arrangements

IP and Consumer Protection:

- Managing and replying to minor court and police inquiries related to counterfeits and fraud cases.
- Attending to and managing the inquiries/claims received from several Consumer Agencies.
- Legal research to support legal advice in this matter.

**Education Level**:
University degree in Law

**Languages**:

- English (Advanced)
- French or German desirable
