Legal Intern

We are looking for highly motivated law students who have a passion for digital & technology law and/or international business law and a desire to make a positive impact. Receipt of scholarships or specific hardships conditions will be considered a plus in the selection process.

**Responsibilities**:
As an intern in the ADP Legal Department, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting and engaging tasks, including:

- Research and analyze legal issues related to ADP products: HR technology solutions, global payroll offering, artificial intelligence, marketplace platform, etc.
- Support template creation (service contracts, partnership contracts, etc.).
- Review a variety of contracts, correspondence, marketing and training materials, including complex global customer contracts with multinational customers.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal procedures, knowledge management (including contract database) and resources within the Legal Department.
- Support on privacy matters.
- Support the assessment of providers and their offers on green initiatives: tree planting, ocean clean-up, and other initiatives.
- Assist in handling litigation with customers. Perform other related tasks based on available assignments and personal interest.

**Qualifications**:

- A student in the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's program in International Business Law, Information and Communications Technology, Privacy or related fields.
- Previous experience in a corporate setting or law firm would be welcome. Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Spanish will be a plus.
