**How you will create an impact**:
- Further develop and management of recruiting and event formats
- Work independently with our applicant management system, among other things for the operational support of the positions for which you are responsible as well as the creation and interpretation of recruiting-relevant reports
- Conduct the new hires onboarding process and follow-up until the first 6 months
- Identify and implement effective sourcing strategies
- Other HR assistance tasks
**Your profile**:
- You have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics or similar)
- Ideally, you have already gained 1 to 3 years of professional experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Spanish and English (C1)
- You have basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word (Office 365)
- Recruiting is your passion and you enjoy inspiring interesting personalities to join Simon-Kucher
- You bring an independent and structured approach to your work, combined with flexibility and organizational skills
