On behalf of our client, a tier 1 module manufacturer, LSP Renewables are recruiting for a HR Analyst in Madrid, Spain to join their downstream / project business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identifying and working with the HR team to resolve various HR related issues
- Helping with the entire recruitment process
- Handle the payroll for the EMEA countries except Italy
- Support with the on boarding procedure: arrange meetings, send starter packages, monitoring the delivery of swag bags
- Support with HR policies, processes, and best practice
- Collaborate in the preparation of all regulatory and legal documents related to personnel management (i.e., drafting of employment contracts)
- Analysing and presenting data and reports to the appropriate department about the recruitment processes
- Support Senior HR Coordinator with the implementation of the Company events or trainings

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Psychology, Business Administration or similar
- Master in HR will be a plus
- Experience in Renewable is a plus
- Fluent English as a must (both written and spoken) and Spanish mother language
