**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- HRIS Administration: Maintain and update employee records across global HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company and legal standards.
- ADP WFN Support: Manage transactions in ADP Workforce Now (WFN), including new hire setup, job changes, terminations, and data corrections.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and manage offboarding activities for departing employees, including documentation, systems access, and final pay coordination.
- Payroll Liaison: Work closely with the global payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing; provide necessary documentation and resolve discrepancies.
- Data Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, compliance reporting), leveraging ADP and other systems as needed.
- Process Improvement: Assist in documenting and improving global HR operational processes, policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Compliance & Audit: Support audits by preparing data reports and ensuring HR records are audit-ready and compliant with local employment laws and internal policies.
- Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries related to HR systems, payroll, and onboarding/offboarding procedures in a timely and professional manner.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or shared services roles in a global environment.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) is required, including experience with system navigation, data entry, and reporting tools.
- Experience with Deltek Replicon is a plus
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR best practices.
- Experience working with payroll teams and understanding of payroll inputs and timelines.
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with HR data and reporting tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
