To support its continued growth and strengthen its people function, **bnetwork** is recruiting an **HR Manager** for its Spanish operations (approx. 60 employees).

Reporting directly to the Group HR Director, this role combines both **strategic deployment** (alignment with Group HR policies and initiatives) and **hands-on operational management** of all HR topics in Spain.

This position is primarily based in our central Barcelona office, while also involving responsibilities across bnetwork’s other offices (Austria, UK, Madrid, etc)
- ** Key missions**:

- Act as the **HR point of contact** for managers and employees, fostering open dialogue and trust.
- Ensure the **local implementation of Group HR strategy** (policies, processes, compliance, audits).
- Manage all aspects of **employee lifecycle administration**: contracts, onboarding, offboarding, HR files, HRIS updates.
- Supervise the **payroll process** and maintain HR data accuracy in collaboration with our finance and external providers.
- Provide guidance on **Spanish labour law** and social relations (with legal support from the Group jurist when needed).
- Support managers in **performance management**, employee development, and workforce planning.
- Contribute to HR projects in Spain and across Europe (employer branding, engagement surveys, well-being, etc.).
- **Profile**:

- HR professional with 7-10 years’ experience in a generalist or HR manager role, within an international environment
- Strong knowledge of **Spanish employment law** and HR compliance.
- Comfortable with both **operational tasks** and **strategic alignment**.
- Previous experience in a **small or mid-sized structure** (ability to manage end-to-end HR topics).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a people-first approach.
- Fluent in **Spanish and English** (French is an asset).
- Experience with **BambooHR** or other HRIS is a plus.
