We are currently looking for a Sales Manager. The position is based in Madrid.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive business development program, action plans, sales strategies in Danfoss Climate Solutions enabling growth and profitability.
- Increase market share in a sustainable manner by optimizing resources.
- Develop your team in a perspective of individual and collective success.
- Provide sales reporting and forecasts.
- Supports DSP activities with a strong focus on opportunity pipeline.
- Increase relationship with main market players (customers, prescribers, institutions, etc.)
- Propose to marketing, all evolutions of products or services likely to contribute to increasing turnover and/or Profitability
- Ensure that the BU initiatives are deployed to assigned customers and feedback from customers are reported back to BU

**Background & Skills**:

- Bachelors or Engineering degree in Mechanics or Thermodynamics
- 10 years of minimum experience in Hydronics, HVAC and/or District Heating project sales.
- Experience with Project Sales business
- You have already managed or lead a team of minimum 4 directs reports
- English intermediate-advance level and Spanish mother tongue.
- Familiar with the Microsoft software package and CRM (Sales Force)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship skills in a multi-cultural environment
- Ability to advance our market share against strong competition.
