The Brand Partnerships Executive will play a pivotal role in strengthening our position within the industry and ensuring the successful execution of co-marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and marketing development initiatives.

**Responsabilities**:
You will be involved in:

- Partnership Strategy: Co-develop a strategy aligned with the company's objectives and values together with the Demand Gen. Manager. Identify potential partners, evaluate their fit with our brand, and prioritize opportunities for collaboration.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, industry influencers, and internal teams. Act as the primary point of contact for partners and ensure effective communication, collaboration, and ongoing support.
- Joint Go-to-Market Tactics: Collaborate with partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies that leverage the strengths of both organizations. Create and execute co-marketing campaigns and initiatives to maximize brand visibility and generate mutual business opportunities.
- Brand Presence: Manage and enhance the brand's presence within our partners' networks and channels. Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to effectively position our brand and maintain consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Sponsorships: Identify relevant sponsorship opportunities and negotiate partnership agreements. Oversee the execution of sponsorships, ensuring brand alignment, activation success, and maximum return on investment.
- Marketing Development Funds: Work closely with partners to secure marketing development funds and manage the allocation of resources for joint marketing activities. Monitor budget utilization and provide regular reporting on the effectiveness of these initiatives.
- Industry Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Conduct regular research and analysis to identify emerging partnership opportunities, industry best practices, and potential risks.
- Brand commitment: Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for repositioning our brand within the chosen values of the company. Ensure that partnership activities align with the desired brand image and contribute to long-term brand equity.

To perform in this job, you’ll likely have:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Between 2 to 5 years of proven experience in branding or marketing roles related to manage partners or other key stakeholders (Data center or IT related industry experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and go-to-market strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage contracts and partnership agreements.
- English native / professional level
