Associate Director Entrepreneurship and Innovation

Overview:
At IE’s Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center, we train our students to learn that change and growth starts from within. Our goal is to provide opportunities for students to discover their entrepreneurial passion, connect with other talented individuals and fuel their creativity with cutting-edge technology. Our students have the potential to change the world; and we help them release it. Both in-side and out-side of IE.
**Responsibilities**:
- Help with the organization of International Entrepreneurship Programs, Venture Days and Startup Competitions.
- Coordinate operational issues with international stakeholders (accelerators, investors, keynote speakers and public organizations).
- Help with the communication and marketing tasks of the Center.
- Research activities in different entrepreneurial ecosystems.
- Support with the daily management of the administrative tasks.
- Assist with internal and interdepartmental coordination tasks.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from top university
- Bilingual, or advanced proficiency, in English (written & oral).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in the entrepreneurial ecosystem and in an international environment.
- Experience in a corporate setting and seniority to lead meetings with international stakeholders.
- Outstanding organizational capacity and strong project management skills to provide support on logistics, event planning, etc.
- Problem-solving Rockstar.
- Great communication skills.
- Marketing and/or Audiovisual Communication knowledge would be a plus.
