**Responsibilities**:
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the goals.-
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define roadmaps and future initiatives.-
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a high-performing IT operations team involving Level2 and Level 3.-
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.-
- Infrastructure Management:
- Overseas infrastructure maintenance for pre-production environments-
- Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of systems and networks.-
- Operational Efficiency:
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and workflows.-
- Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime.-
- Security and Compliance:
- Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard the organization's data and systems.-
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.-
- Incident Response:
- Develop and maintain IT incident response plans.-
- Lead the response to critical incidents, ensuring mínimal impact on business operations.-
- Communication:
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on IT operations and projects.-
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and align IT solutions accordingly.-
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the IT operations budget.-
- Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effective use of resources.-
- Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure seamless service delivery.-
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with technology partners.**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.- Minimum Years of IT Experience - 18 Years- Proven experience in a leadership role within IT operations.- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and emerging technologies.- Strong Telecom background with Operator or Service provider
